Consignments
Every consignment is tracked and insured from the moment it leaves the atelier.
A tracking reference is sent by email at the point of dispatch. Unframed impressions dispatch within 5–7 working days of acquisition; framed works within 15–20, as the frame is made specifically for the piece. No tracking exists before dispatch, since the work has not yet been produced.
If the reference has not arrived within the production window, or the carrier's record has not moved for more than three working days, write to the atelier with your order number and it will be traced directly with the carrier.
