Returns
Fourteen days from receipt, in original packaging.
A work may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided it is unmarked and returned in its original archival packaging. Notify the atelier in writing before returning anything; a return authorisation and instructions will follow the same day.

Damage in transit
Photograph the outer packaging before opening it further, and write to the atelier within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement impression is produced and dispatched at the atelier's cost, and the damaged work is collected. Consignments are insured in full, so no claim falls to the collector.
Works framed to a bespoke specification outside the published finishes are made to order and not returnable, save for defect.
